HOW IT WORKS (Quick Start)

1. Make a copy of the sheet

Open the sheet → File → Make a copy

2. Fill only column B

Enter your numbers only in column B:

– currencies

– exchange rate

– total money available

– days until next income

– fixed costs

– emergency buffer

Do not edit other cells.

3. Check your daily limit

Your safe daily spend is calculated automatically.

Stay under it.

4. Emergency Mode

If money feels unstable, set Emergency Mode to TRUE.

Your daily limit will tighten automatically.

5. Currency shock reminder

Foreign prices can feel small.

Always check what they mean in your home currency.
